Underneath layers of artfully-placed samples and slowly shifting melodies, the album brings into question large, unspoken themes. From the often-contradictory trichotomy of sex, love, and gender, to the reminder that time can be manipulated within the human mind, "halfwit" opens the door to many of our most personal thoughts and concerns.
